When You’re Questioning Your Life

Maybe you're wondering if you chose the right career.

Or whether your relationship is still the right one.

Maybe you're asking yourself:

"What am I doing?"

"I have no idea where I'm going."

"The money is good, but I feel lifeless."

"What if I make a change and completely blow up my life?"

When we're overwhelmed, our instinct is usually to ask:

"What should I do?"

But I've found there's often a better question:

Where is fear leading my life?

Not because fear is bad.

Fear is trying to keep you safe.

But fear rarely sees the whole picture.

When fear is leading, every option feels dangerous.

Every decision feels permanent.

Every path looks like it ends in regret.

So we stay exactly where we are.

The work isn't to eliminate fear.

It's to become aware of it.

To shine a light on it.

To understand what it's trying to protect.

Because when fear is understood, it begins to loosen its grip.

Fear doesn't disappear.

It simply learns to follow instead of lead.

And from that place...

The next step often becomes much easier to take.

You're never fearless.

You simply fear less.
