One Clue Can Kick Everything Into Motion

If you’re great at crossword puzzles, this post isn’t for you.

If you’re not (and you like playing)… stick around.

People sometimes ask me what I actually do as a coach.

Here’s the best metaphor I’ve found:

I help you with your crossword puzzle.

I don’t solve it for you. I help you get started, fill in a few clues (the way Andrea literally does for me), and then you take it from there.

And something happens.

Once you get a few answers on the board, confidence builds. Patterns start to reveal themselves. Momentum kicks in. You actually want to keep going. And you don’t stop until you’ve worked your way through.

And then what do you do?

You start another one.

Here’s the honest part: I’m not great at crosswords, but I love doing them.

Which is exactly why I’m qualified to help you with yours.

I know the terrain.

I’m right there in the trenches with you, working on my own puzzle, maybe a step or two ahead.

And that’s why it works.

If you’ve got a puzzle you’re staring at — a life transition, a calling you can’t quite name, a version of you that’s trying to emerge — and you’d like a little help getting started…

Reach out to me.

I’ll sit with you, fill in a clue or two, and help you see the pattern that’s been hiding there all along.

It just might be the thing that kicks everything into motion.
