I don’t help you get what you want. I help you get YOU, then you get what you want.

John Guanci

You’re here for a reason — and it’s probably bigger than you’ve admitted out loud.

Hi, I’m John. I’m so glad you’re here.

My coaching career began shortly after selling my business in the fall of 2013. I wanted to help people who were where I once was — restless, unfulfilled, and quietly fearful that no amount of achievement would ever feel like “enough.”

Today, I work with people who are in a hurry to get somewhere — but deep down, aren’t even sure where they're going.
Or maybe they do have a dream, but it’s starting to fade under the weight of half-hearted attempts, self-doubt, and the grind.

That hurts. It creates guilt, sadness, and shame — powerful enough to derail even the strongest among us.

But not my clients.

They know there’s more inside them.
A king or queen ready to rise.
And those closest to them are waiting for it too.

What I’ve found is this: they don’t need fixing.
They need someone to help them break through the invisible barriers within the mind — and build habits aligned with the life they actually want.
From there, anything becomes possible.

If you’re looking for a real, no-nonsense, yet fun approach to personal and business transformation (and you meet the criteria below), let’s have a conversation.
I can't wait.

My criteria:
✅ You’re fun.
✅ You’re self-reflective.
✅ You’re likable. (I like you — a lot.)
✅ You’re inspiring.
✅ You have an open and loving heart (or you’re at least tired of living with a closed one).
✅ You’re tough — battle-tested.
✅ Your greatest desire is to learn how to love, lead, and live fearlessly.

My Experience:

Husband to my beautiful wife, Andrea, and father to my two scrappy boys, Luca (16) and Declan (11).

Certified EMyth Business Coach.

Studied and trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with John Kabat-Zinn.

Work with two of the best coaches on the planet, Gary Mahler and Steve Hardison.

Ran and Co-owned Casual Catering, Inc. for more than 10 years before becoming a professional coach.
